  • Do you treat Dry Eye?

  • Do you fit scleral lenses, orthokeratology, and other specialty contact lenses?

    Yes! Dr. Mario Carcamo is Director of our Specialty Contact Lens Clinic and successfully fits patients with high prescriptions, previous eye surgery, corneal scars, corneal ectasia, aphakia, and many other conditions.

  • I have glaucoma, can I be seen at Vision Unlimited?

    At Vision Unlimited we practice the full scope of Optometry and have all the technology available to manage and treat Glaucoma, as well as manage a variety of retinal and corneal conditions. As primary eyecare professionals we can manage and co-manage Ocular Disease. In severe cases, or cases that require surgery we are able to refer you to the appropriate specialists.

  • I am interested in Cataract surgery, should I make an appointment at Vision Unlimited?

    Yes! Although we do not perform surgery, we are able to perform a complete comprehensive eye exam, evaluate your cataracts, and recommend a surgeon to you. Since surgery can cause inflammation and dry eye, and cannot be performed on patients with blepharitis, we also encourage preparing your eyes for surgery with Prokera Amniotic Membrane Placement and IPL when necessary.

  • I am interested in LASIK or corrective eye surgery, can you help me?

    Yes! You can book an appointment for a comprehensive eye exam and we are able to perform your pre-op same day if you are a candidate. We can then refer you to one of the Surgeons that we recommend, or one of your choosing. Since surgery can cause inflammation and dry eye, and cannot be performed on patients with blepharitis, we also encourage preparing your eyes for surgery with Prokera Amniotic Membrane Placement and IPL when necessary.

  • What designer brands for frames do you carry?

    We carry a curated selection of designer brands, see some HERE and visit our virtual try-on page to find a style that fits you before your appointment.

  • Can I order lenses and use my own frame with my new prescription after my appointment?

    We do accept your own frame as long as they're in like-new condition, but cannot be responsible for damage or if they are lost. Also, in some cases depending on your vision plan, you will be able to use your full benefits when you use your own frame. We always recommend placing your eyewear order with a new frame carefully selected with one of our eyewear specialists to fit your face, personal style, and prescription, and comes with a manufacturer warranty.

  • Do you sell extended wear contact lenses (wear without removing for more than 24 hours)?

    We only offer the best for our patients and never recommend wearing contact lenses for more than 12 hours without removing, we do not prescribe extended wear contact lenses. In fact, we only recommend daily disposable contact lenses which are the most hygienic, comfortable, and convenient mode of contact lens wear.

  • How often should I get my eyes checked?

    Our doctors always recommend that patients be seen every 7 months when following any sort of eye condition, but at least once a year for a Comprehensive Eye Exam!

  • Do you take my insurance?

  • Do you accept care credit?

    Yes! Our expert staff can help you navigate the care credit website on location so you can use it for all your eyecare needs.

  • Can I buy contacts and glasses online?

  • What is your refund policy?

    All sales are final on custom orders and services rendered. We will gladly evaluate you for adjustments to custom eyewear within 30 days of order pick up.

  • Do your glasses come with warranty?

    All eyewear comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty, that DOES NOT include any wear and tear damages. We have you covered with our EYEWEAR PROTECTION PLAN for $40:● Unlimited replacements with a $25 fee for shipping and handling.● Valid for 1 year from the order creation date, no questions asked, all the parts need to be returned.● If the same frame is no longer available, you can choose a different one of a comparable value or pay the difference.● 50% OFF full retail price of original Eyewear if they are lost or stolen.● 20% OFF full retail price of any additional pair for you or any family or friend.● FREE one year Eyewear Maintenance.● FREE Optic Wash Card charged with 20 washes ($100 value) for you to use at any Optic Wash location in the country.
